I am now looking at the 1974 28 foot coronado in nj and have read your replies, which I am grateful for. I intend to sail this or another boat from nj to uk. I have no problem with an outboard as it will only be used for inner harbour. Anyone out there have any experience of open ocean sailing with this boat and how it behaves in up to force 8-10 weather. I would have preferred steel hull but this seems to be unusual here. Thank you for any information you may provide. James Collins
