Hello My Fellow Rag Riders, It's been a lot of work but my little piece of heaven is finally finished and back in the water. It seems that every problem that the Oday-23 is known for - I had. Some of the smaller things repaired were; a Jammed Centerboard, Sagging Deck, Stiff Winches, Sloppy Tiller, many Deck Leaks, worn Non-skid Deck Paint and naturally the bottom hadn't been touched in years. A few of the upgrades include: a new mast turnbuckle system, new home-made center board, Rebuilt Rudder, motor bracket, two rebuilt self-tailing #16 winches, two rebuilt #6 main halyard winches on top of the cabin, all new sheets, home-made stern railing, Knots meter, depth finder, new compass, AM/FM/CD Stereo, life-lines, MOB bag, new cleats, Blocks, Boom Vang, Port Holes, Vents, internal Fuel tank and lots of new teak. As you can see by the lick, she has had a complete facelift and ready to face the waves. Happy Sailing, BILL

Excellent job Bill!

Bill, I'm envious! You have a lot great things on that boat that I'd love to have on mine. Maybe I'll run into you this summer in Potter's Cove and get to see this boat in person. They're catching Stripers in there right now on the High Tides. Take care and good luck with that boat. Regards, Joe

Congratulations Bill

Congratulations on finishing your projects! It looks beautiful, very good work. I am jealous of your marine salvage setup! Not too many marinas around here. Enjoy sailing her this summer!
