Oday 23 Winnisquam lake
Hi All.. My sister-in-law bought a boat off EBay a few years ago. The title says 1973 Clipper 23, hull number 004. I am in a cast right now due to a broken leg, so I could not do alot of snooping around her. When I looked up Clipper 23 online, everything came back as making it look like a trailor sailer. This one is by no means a trailerable boat. She has probably a 3 1/2 foot fixed keel. There is no main sail, so nothing to find there for logos or anything. I will download my photos tonight and post here, but if anybody has any info on this, that would be great!! Thanks in advance. If you want to email me off this site, my email is chrisNOSPAM@fernstravel.com (remove the NOSPAM of course). Thanks

CM 23 has swing keel

As far as I know, the CM 23 has a swing keel, like my CM26 MKII had. That's how it looks on the "specs" page I found, too. Here's a link to the best CM site I know( http://www.scbiz.net/jcox/acm/CM23_specs.htm )...you can skip around using the links at the bottom of the page for more info. It's not the best site to navigate, different pages have different links so you have to use your "back" button now and then...but it's a good CM resource. Old pages, and I think the owner may be SK or something because he never responded to my request to update my name to the registry (in the last three years of asking). Nonetheless, this is the best CM site I know. James

It is a Cliper 1/4 tonner

Confirmed from other websites. Looks like it is a very, very rare boat with this being the only the 2nd known one in the country!! Amazing
