Can somene help us with some specs for this O'Day 1970 daysailer (a DS1 we think)? We just bought the boat and we have a mishmash of masts, sails, etc. Need to know exact mast and boom height, sail size for main and jib. Thanks

hate to be so bold, but since nobody has said a word, just put up each mast and see what fits the boat and rigging, then fit the sails and look to see which fits, and where. boat that old prob have many mods over the years, and not knowing what you have in your stack of parts makes answering. stock info can be found by searching o'day daysailor or daysailor in the net.

Conbrio...what is the VIN?? That will help us narrow down what you got and the specs. Also, give your location, you would be supprised who is nearby and can come help in person (we are just that type of people!!!).
