I have a number of 12v connectors in the cockpit and cabin of my H27 they have screw on covers. They are not cigarette lighters, there is one of those at the chart table. They appear to be original. Does anyone know what they are for? If they were for some type of accessory are they still available? This is a photo of the connector. There is one in the head, each quater berth, 2 in the vee berth, and 1 in the cockpit.

Somewhere on that connector you will find a manufacturer name or code and part number. No matter how tiny it will be on there somewhere. After that google it and you can find the matching other half. That might be quite convenient for powering GPS, reading lamps or whatever in the cockpit.

Are you talking about the little two pin type of 12V connector? My boat had two in the cockpit. One is for a spot light and the other was for a tiller autohelm.
