12 volt DC outlets

I have a 2002 Beneteau 361 question which I hope is not a repeat. On the new to us boat I was checking the cigarette lighter type outlets in the fore, main and aft cabins with an appropriate plug. All worked until I ( maybe unwisely) tested the similar microwave outlet. There was an electrical " pop" like a breaker or fuse shorting. I have not touched the microwave outlet again but while the fore and aft cabins still work, the main cabin by the nav station is dead.
Can anyone tell me where to find a possible fuse to replace?

So the microwave outlet is a regular cigarette lighter type thing? I guess you've looked for a specific breaker on the panel? I'm wondering if that was an add-on.

Congrats on 361, we love our 99. I installed my own cigarette lighter style 12V in the locations you describe but they are in no way connected to the microwave. Microwave on ours was wired behind on the 110 outlet in the pantry section way behind the freezer. I had issues getting our MW going and realized it was a GFCI protected outlet, try resetting that and see what happens. As soon I as got ours going I took it out, it's cave is now a great beadbox/storage.

I'm still curious what tool was used to test these as certainly a cigarette 12v is not very similar to 110 outlet :) Any questions on your boat just ask.
Cheers!

I'm going to ignore the word 'similar' and assume he simply tripped a GFI while testing the 120V AC outlet behind the microwave.
