Beneteau 343 San Diego
One of the 110v power outlets in our 2005 Beneteau 343 shows some black residue and slight disfigurement from a space heater meltdown this winter. I would like to replace it with OEM but have not had any luck locating a vendor. The beneteau website only shows the 220V outlets as a replacement. Any ideas? It is a single outlet with a spring loaded cover. My next move will be to replace it with a standard GFCI outlet, but I'd rather not cut any new holes in the cabin.

JK, just after I got my 2006 B323, it seems Beneteau tried to cut expenses and retial princes by making equipment chnages. The first thing I noticed (at the boat show) was the wood-paneled walls were now the padded white foam. Second, the duplex (double-outlet) AC recepticals were now one-outlet. I'm not sure how much they save by changing the two to a one, but there must have been some money savings.

To the OP: I trust that was the Beneteau Parts site you looked at? Look at a different model to see if what you want is available, say for a 373 or larger? I've been buying stuff from a 393 for my 323.

Interesting. Do you have any photos of these single receptacle outlets?

By the way, my local Bennny dealer has a room of stuff they use, but will sell to the public. Maybe check with your local dealer?
