Hello again,
I'm installing a Suzuki 2.5 on my inflatable and will be adding a fitting for an external fuel fuel tank. I'd like a 1 gallon fuel tank, unfortunately, the smallest Ive been able to find is a 3 gallon. Does anyone know of a 1 gallon portable fuel tank?

I think you will find that the internal tank is enough for such a small motor. One less thing to take up space in a small dinghy, one less them to load.

I had a 3.5 merc on my dinghy for my cruising cat (on davits). If we were going far we would grab 1-gallon jerry can, but 95% of the time there was no need and it saved space/weight just using the integral tank. And if your mother ship is a 22 feet, the inflatable must be small.

I think they don't exist because they are not wanted. I have a 2+ gallon Surecan that I like very much. Nearly impossible to spill. Not like other CARB cans.

I looked on line for, and found, a one-gallon gas can but it wasn't set up for a hose and I can't at the moment find it. I thought I'd bookmarked it but doesn't seem I have. There is also a video on line showing how to install a hose fitting onto a plastic gas can but I don't have that link at hand either. At least a solution is out there -- somewhere.
