wobble

Hi all, I've been working on a 1991 Catalina 28 for 6 months or so. The main issue with her so far is this odd keel wobble at the hull/keel trunk joint. After some consultation with local fiberglass folks and a (mostly intentional) drill sample, it does appear the laminates are good and Catalina...
