    East SF Bay mechanic for Universal 5411

    Can anyone recommend a SF Bay Area diesel mechanic to tune up my Universal 5411. It runs well but constantly makes black smoke. I've been through troubleshooting and have decided I want a good mechanic to check it out & tune it up. Thanks!
