leaks aft cabin

I've noticed after it rains I get water dripping from the inside of the seem indicated in the photo. I can't find anything that looks obvious, has anyone else had this issue? My boat is moored so I'm not on it when it's raining (at least not yet)

The invasive water is coming down the back wall under the binnacle and quadrant area, running down the laminate causing warping, and seriously damaging the long board providing access to the holding and fuel tanks, requiring replacement. Additionally, the "scuttle" board above the holding tank...
