hunter 26.5

Going to put a new outboard on a 26.5 hunter. This is the state of the mount from both sides of the transom. Epoxy reinforce the top bolts and add a backing plate?

Can anyone give me a rough window measurement for the Hunter 26.5? We are 5 hours away from the boat, and will not be there again until this weekend. I want to make curtains, but lost the little piece of paper that I wrote the measurements on.
