373 two house batteries

Currently have single battery located under aft stateroom aft of prop shaft next to water heater-standard location from manufacture. I would like to double amp hour capacity by adding second battery, primarily to handle frig load while at anchor. Anyone with a 373 who has made change? My ideal...
