    Yanmar 2GMF Heat exchanger gaskets FYI

    Hi all! Just putting the parts information out here for your convenience. Your heat exchanger requires 2 sets of gaskets and set of gasket rings , total parts 4. Part numbers are 128695-44070 is the Y and the ring is YAN24311-o rings... Hope this helps my fellow sailers.. Capt. Rob

    Yanmar 2GMF's thermostat Gasket

    Was out at boat today and found the correct gasket for only 2GMF. It is the only zinc for this engine and again just the 2GMF engine. Mine has been installed and so far now going on 2 years still good!

    Transmission ratio

    How can I tell what the transmission gear ratio is in my Hunter 28.5? Is it stamped on it somewhere? It has the standard Yanmar 2GMF engine.
