Catalina 320 Galley Leak

A pool of water appeared on my galley sole. It was against the stove, since my 2005 Catalina 320 has a 2 deg list to port. It is from the potable water lines because when I turned off the water pressure, it didn't come back.

Has anyone had a leak in that area? I will check the lines and fittings under the galley sink. How likely is the leak in the lines under the galley sole? Could there be fittings under the galley sole? Is it hard to remove the galley sole? It has no screws.

Another question: I have salt crystals and water on a bilge surface, with no apparent source. Does that mean water is leaking through my hull? That could explain my 2 degree list. Would that be possible to fix? I had the bottom painted last year, with no blisters on the hull found.

Is it hard to remove the galley sole?
The 320 was the second boat Catalina built using the "hull and liner" method. The galley floor is part of the liner and could only be removed by cutting it out, you don't want to do that. If you unscrew any floor boards not over the bilge you will find the same liner. I had a 270 and a 320, both had a slight port list, icebox and batteries both on that side.
Does the water pump run occasionally when taps are closed to rebuild pressure from your leak?

The refrigerator and batteries are on opposite sides, and I didn't have a list years ago. Yes, the water pump would run to rebuild pressure due to my leak. I see nothing under any of my sole boards except the bilge.

The boat is in salt water - right? I wouldn't be shocked if I found salt crystals in the bilge. I think it's unlikely salt water is coming in through the hull. Much more likely to be from around a seacock, or hoses to same, or thru hull for speedo, depth, head intake, or sink drains. I've heard some negative about Hunter quality but for my 356 most of the seacocks were in one compartment and so easily checked. I thought that was good design.
The pooled water on the sole probably didn't come from the bilge. If the bilge was flooded with fresh water and the boat heeled then maybe. It's more likely it is a leak in plumbing above the sole since depressurizing the system stopped the leak.
