Hatchboard keepers installed, black 1/4" starboard.
Rouging out some starboard to fit electronics (covering a square hole and a round one).
Testing the ladder install, and location... this is held in ONLY by 2 temporary screws in this picture, I still need a backer plate and large bolts to secure it.
Painting the daggerboard, yep its still about 2-3" in the hole but enough room to reach down and paint ALL but the bottom, I'll paint the bottom when the daggerboard is down again, also while I recoat the bottom... This is VC17m.
Finding a way to haul out the daggerboard all 600lbs of it... to paint it.
New hatch slides installed.
Access ports going in (to access the motor mount and new stern boarding ladder).
