Fyne Spirit on the slip at Christchurch Yacht club, New Zealand. The boat on the left is Halberg Rassey rasmus 35, one of two wooden prototypes of this design. I own her too but must sell soon. It doesn't do to have a fleet!

I left some screws in several places just to be careful that the top of the sailboat was still screwed to the hull. You never know how long it will be taken apart. I did not expect two months of bad weather. Overall it was a rather quick job once I had the right weather.

About the hardest part of putting the marine caulk into the old rub rail holes was finding the right weather to allow to cure in the months of January and February.
