Initial Find. Both tires flat and sunk in frozen soil. The scuppers had clogged and cockpit filled with water. The water overflowed into the cabin. Cabin filled with water and FROZE. What a terrible shame, for lack of minor maintenance thousands of dollars of potential damage.

The Phoenix of a 22. Not a bad name "Phoenix"

Found this boat slowly dying in our club's bone yard. Had to do something. Now our (my brother and I) problem. Plan to have her back on the water this (2015) summer.
