The busbar – not the wine bar! This is behind the bunk (in the wine cellar). It's where I originally had the charger mounted. I think I installed this when I was fooling around with the refrigeration and needed better connections besides the battery switch. So, I off-loaded all the connections from the battery switch to these busbars. For each positive and negative, a high load bar that feeds a lower load bar.

This is in the center of the wall aft of the bunk area. It's circuit breakers, a three channel volt meter and the display panel for the charger. One of the circuit breaker shows “refrigeration”. A failed attempt at a refrigeration system. Decided it would draw to much precious energy and took it out.

Enclosed the ice box storage area, and made it an icebox. The end wall is 3/8 inch plywood surrounding a 2 inch piece of pink foam. Then coated with epoxy and painted. Surrounding the icebox underneath the cabinet is 4 inches of foam. Two blocks of ice lasts five days in the summer. After that, we eat pasta.

How many times have you felt you were standing on your head trying to dig something out of the V-berth storage area. Well, I opened that area up and put a false bottom in it. Allows for two large storage boxes which we use to store our clothes. Room left over for books and a few bottles of wine.
