My pedestal mounted throttle for the Universal 18 is creeping back and not staying put. This is a recent occurrence. I'm looking for the cable clamp which I've read is the culprit. But I can't find it. As you know space is tight on a diesel C27 - where to look?

On many pedestals, the throttle control will have a friction screw that is accessible by removing the compass ..

Yes it's an edson pedestal, and thanks kloudie1. That's exactly what I needed. I was looking at the engine end of the cable.
