    I have this 4hp mariner outboard that I just bought. I rebuilt carburetor and got it running but I can’t find out where it pees from. Can somebody please help me for gods sake? This #od979832 is the only tag on motor. Thanks

    You sure it is not air-cooled? Only 4 hp might be.

    Take the cowling off. If there are fins on the cylinders, it is air cooled. If the cylinder/cylinders have smooth metal sides, it is water cooled. Most small outboards have a small hose hanging through the cowling as the tell tale. This hose often gets blocked by salt. If it is clear, and no water coming out, the impeller needs to be changed.

    Google it. There are many manuals online. Use the 3 digit number on the bottom of your label image. I think that is the model number.
