Does anyone have a manual/owners handbook (or have the ability to upload pictures of) for a 1974 type O'Day Rhodes 19? Things like mainsheet rig, backstay, stays, etc.

I'd check with Rudy at D&R Marine (508) 644-3002, I am pretty sure he has something (he will at least know how boat was rigged from factory). Next try the RHODES 19 Class Association, I'm sure at least one member would have an old copy of the Manual. Finally, try Stuart Marine, current builder of the R19. They may have at least something, although there have been several changes between 1974 and 2018. In the mean time, here are a few pics from the 1974 brochure. I just noticed you are out on Nantucket? Isn't there a fleet of R19s in the Harbor? Moored off the Yacht Club, between Steamboat Warf and Brant Point........... Ask another owner of one of those boats, they most likely will know your boat and her history and can be a great source of all the info that you need.
