Gelcoat Cracks near skylights on Hunter 356

Hello,
I am interested in a Hunter 356, 2002. The boat will be surveyed in march but I would like your opinion on thin Gelcoat Cracks on the deck, between the two skylights. Is it only Gelcoat and cosmetic or could it be a structural or humidity problem on the deck? These are the only cracks I have noticed on this boat.

I think basically cosmetic. Unless you see that the windows are breaking out of their frames, or other signs of more structural issues. Gel coat cracks like those in the photo are common.

No the skylight are in front of the mast. The cabin with the leak is the aft cabin.

You're going to want the surveyor to do a moisture check but most likely those are stress cracks in the gel-coat only and not a problem.
