What are you going to cover?
It is a "basic electrical" seminar but I always encourage folks to ask as many questions as they want. I usually ask a few questions at the beginning to gauge the audience sail vs. power, mooring vs. slip etc. etc. to see where it may need a stronger focus.

It usually runs longer than two hours...

New England Boat Show and your presentation

Hello Maine:
I do not respond too often here, but you can bet your last dollar that I read every comment you make. This Sat could be a major snow even for you and perhaps more than you hearty folks up there are used to. It's to bad you could come down to the NE boat show to do this presentation or could you?
I for one would make every effort to attend, all the way from Princeton NJ.
Thanks

Just saw the weather this morning, expecting up to 24"-30" if it all falls into place.
Much as I'd love to take a ride up to Portland to meet you & sit in on the seminar,
going to pass this time.

Sorry the seminar has been postponed due to the media hype/hysteria surrounding the fluffy stuff...

I will let you know when it is rescheduled for.

As a survivor of the blizzard of '78 trapped in my car on Rte 95, I can say you guys made the right decision.

I've been watching the reports. I'm also a surviver of the blizzard of 78. Hope this one isn't anything like that. We;re forcasted to recieve between 18-32 inches with winds gusting from 70-100 mph. It's been crazy windy lately. We recently had 80 mph wind gusts at the Blue Hills. This could be just as devistating as 78.

I am taking tomorrow off and heading to the mountains to get in some skiing!

Drove my F-150 4x4 with my grandmother in the pasenger seat to get back home to NH during that one. Couple of hours later, 95/Rt128 was a parking lot.

For all the folks right on the coast with the timing of the tide, sounds like it might could be another 78

Our house was flooded during 78 and our neighbors house floated off the foundation and into our shed... Had lots of fun sledding and building snow forts though....;)

We'll be rocking and rollin' tonight! Luckily we are facing NE and the DiMilllos restaurant is right in front of us. Mast is down so not much windage.

Not sure about this forecast though. They said 2-4 today. We already have 4" in Portland. They just upped it to 3-5 today. We will have 5" by 10am.

This time tomorrow morning you'll need snowshoes to get off the dock:D

Watching the morning forecasts, you folks in the upper right of the country have my sympathy. Just rain for Annapolis. Yeah, I remember '78, so I hope the best for you. Like the water that is only deep if you look at it from the bottom, you can't tell how deep the snow is until you step in it. Good luck, and we look forward to your updates as they happen.

Main, any chance you can videotape the session for those of us on the west coast who wish to hang on your every word?
