My mainsail cover is on its last legs. There used to be a Canvas Sale a couple times a year. But now I need something I never see the Canvas Sale anymore. Just my luck? or bad timing?
Anyone know?

I don't know if you saw one of the previous post, but you might want to try Point Loma Fabrics. I called her and she has Sunbrella for $11.85/ yd. If you take a peak in there I would appreciate you input before I drive down there. I haven't been there since they were Marianna's Life Style.

Hi rfrye1,

I actually can't remember the last time we had a sale on mainsail covers, although we did have a few some years ago. We usually do these in conjunction with the canvas shop and that's something they don't choose to discount anymore. That could change at any time during the offseason but I haven't heard anything about a sale planned in the next couple months.

My wife tells me, lots of things on sales but she don't need them. But the moment she thinks she needed something, there's no sales to be seen. Go figure. So perhaps you tell yourself seriously....nahhh, I don't need that sailcover. No big deal without it ...may be then may be a sales wîill springs up!

Just for the record, I am very satisfied with the cover I purchased from the store on this site. Quality of materials, construction, and workmanship is outstanding. IMHO
