Hunter Edson Mounting

I have a Hunter 375 with a bad throttle cable. Unfortunately the cables will not move through the hole in the base of the pedestal. How are the two screw bolts in the front of the pedestal secured below deck. These are about 1/2" bolts, and the aft ones go through to nuts. But the front ones are hidden behind the aft cabin ceiling. Will I have to cut access holes in the ceiling to get to the front two nuts?

Jon. Replaced mine 2yrs ago 1995 37.5 as I recall the aft bolts have nuts you can access and the forward bolts the nuts are embedded in the floor. Just back out the forward bolts.
