I first saw this boat ,and had the royal tour by the elderly owner, back in 2007, in BC, Canada ,when it was for sale.
My wife and I were on holidays in Sept, having lunch in Bandon Oregon, when I spotted it at the marina across the road.
If I had buckets of money I would buy it and restore her to her former glory.
She is a beauitiful yacht, built in 1957, designed by Ben Seaborne, of Thunderbird fame.
It is hard to see under the tarp.but she is truely a work of art, badly in need of some varnish and love.
Makes me sad to see this boat so neglected.
I hope someone with the means, can pick her up and give her the attention she deserves.

It's a good thing I don't have buckets of money or I would be picking up classic and neglected sailboats like orphaned puppies. Fortunately in this buyer's market it's not that hard to find a great boat at the right price. If I'm not bankrupt by then I'll be in the market a couple of years from now.
