I just bought a 1976 Cal 2 27. I see that the settee backs pivot up to make upper bunks, but cannot figure out how to secure them in the up position. Any Ideas?

If the 2-27 is like the 2-25 the seat backs fold up to give you a wider sleeping berth, on the settee. They are only held up by a eye hook on the bulkhead. Hope this helps. John
