O'Day 27 Vanity

I'm redoing the interior of my boat and have been wondering if it's worth keeping the vanity and sink. If I take them out, I could build in more storage space. Anyone done this or have any thoughts about it?

One other question: has anyone ever installed a folding or "Pullman" style sink? Know where one could be found?

I would get rid of the vanity and opt for more storage space. The folding pullman sink sounds like an excellent idea.

How about different approach, swing-out system for the sink as found on Huzar 28 sailboat.
