Somehow the message sends but doesn't show it sent until I back out of program and restart. I am on a 3G phone.

Anything that's the equivalent of F5 (on a PC) to refresh the screen ?

thats normal.... when you post and go back to where you were to see your post, it wont be there. because.... you went back!
what you need to do is go forward to see your post. that is what you are doing by backing out and restarting.... if you have a refresh button, that will be the solution to your problem. AFTER you send your post, "refresh" to the current information being shown on the website, which will now include your posting....
you might need to go to the place where you got your phone so they can show you what button is the refresh button for the browser on that phone....
