The season is beginning to wind down and one way I get through the long winter is to listen to good sailing music. I was wondering if you all would mind sharing your favorites so I can add them to my library. To get started here are a few of my favorites....

Check out Stan Rogers' songs. He had a bunch of them. Mostly wrote about the Great Lakes. Roger Whittaker had some good ones as well.

Pony up and get a Sirius XM subscription and listen to Margaritaville radio until you want to hang your self from your topping lift!

It wouldn't take that long, and our winters are almost non-existent. I like Jimmy Buffet, but it's not like he's Elvis. I saw JB live a few times, but the best was in the early 90's when the girl I was dating knew someone in the production company that gave us backstage passes. I watched a girl in a short mini skirt climb over the barricade separating the backstage area...with no underwear on. Security let her pass, at least until she cleared the barricade and her show was over.

Try Barefootman he's out of Grand Cayman, I like JB but Barefootman is much better. Eric stone is great too. Barefootman and Eric are what's mostly played on our boat...well old boat. We sold our boats and are currently shopping.
