The Leak. I finally found one of the major ones on my boat. I just had to have the mast on stands and a clear view across my deck. The hatch in the head had water coming in during any rain. And, in a heavy rain it came straight down a Bomar hatch. With the mast off (a whole PIA major story) I had a view of the deck and hatch non-seating frame. It has a temporary caulking while I spend time (and more $$$) on the mast.

So what made you remove the mast? I am always curious about your C 30 because I looked her over you know and thought of buying her, but I honestly thought she needed a lot of work! I guess you know that all too well now. Cheers, Jeremy
