Not really worth re-gluing the bottom of a PVC boat that old
As I stated in a earlier post a friend gave us a WM Zodiac dinghy with inflatable floor that the floor has come unglued. It is maybe 5-6 years old and has 2 hours total time on the water but got left out laying on the deck half way out of the storage bag uninflated. I am guessing that it is PVC. My question is this thing worth repairing and if so what would it cost? I am not going to do it myself.

The West Marine by Zodiac PVC boats (which is what you likely have) do not have the bottom fabric welded to the tubes. They are glued and that glue fails (from age and from routine use when under-inflated [the killer of all inflatable boats]).
It can be repaired, but it not cost effective on a 5-6 year old PVC boat. Life expectancy of welded seam PVC boat is 5-7 years if well maintained. Some folks get longer, but not a lot.
It is a safety issue. I'd suggest letting it out to pasture.
