This line hanger that is attached to my rail to secure my furling line came with my boat. My dock neighbor wants one and we have been on a quest to find one for a month or so. We've looked everywhere and in all of the catalogs and websites and are unable to locate it.:cussing: He said to not worry about looking anymore but I can't let it go!

Anyone know the manufacturer or name of this hanger? The pic is a blow-up of a pic I had on the computer so I hope it is detailed enough! It is a black plastic rail mount with a plastic clip that disengages when you push on the top of it.

It's hard to make out in that picture but is it one of those "fender hangers"?

Not a fender hanger. I looked in those sections of the catalogs and websites. I don't believe it would make a good fender hanger anyway since it easily disengages. I will try to get a better pic this week if someone isn't able to identify it.

I think it is actually designed for boat hooks and other poles. I have two on each side hand rail that I keep boat hooks in.

Yep, that would be them. Didn't even think thats what they could be! Thanks for solving that mystery for me. My neighbor will be happy and I won't have to drive myself crazy anymore! I knew the forums would come through again!!
