Hi all,

I know quite a few of us have a boat that is further away than we would like. Keeping this in mind I've made lists before each trip to our boat so as not to forget anything. The trip last week included the dingy, outboard, and sails.

After hauling two sails on board by hand I was starting to get tired so I employed some rigging skills. A few figure eight knots and my wife at the winch made life easier. I even had time to paint the bilge. BTW I did forget the assymetric, but we're ready to have the boat put in.

I forget something every time I go but I soon forget about it once there.
Google says we are 10.2 km from our boat and 20 min driving time. I say Google knows its stuff.

Looks great! What paint did you use on the bilge/prep work?
Interlux Bilgekote epoxy paint, I sanded and wiped it down with Interlux 333. I also did under the galley sink, but the picture was less dramatic. Here's the link; http://store.hamiltonmarine.com/browse.cfm/paint-bilgekote-white-quart-150549/4,937.html

There must be a Murphy's multiplier that you forget more stuff the further away you are.
