Replace or repair Hatch Cover

I have a 37' O'Day and need to replace or repair the hatch cover over the salon. The smoke plastic needs replacing, along with the gasket underneath the cover. The frame needs to be sandblasted and powder coated and repainted black. Any suggestions or contacts will be appreciated. Thanks

If it is a lewmar hatch, you can have them replace the lens

Buy the book "This Old Boat" by Don Casey. It describes how simple it is to replace the polycarbonate. The book is $50.00. You will save 4 times that on this project alone.

There is also a company called hatch masters that will do it.

Very easy to do it yourself. If the frame and mounting is solid, it is cheap to repaint the frame, mount new polycarbonate and replace the gasket. Plus you can prevent having to ship the hatches off for refurb.
