My forward water tank has corroded through, and cannot be replaced without MAJOR reconstruction. I am going to install a bladder tank inside the old aluminum alloy water tank.

What has been boatowners' experience with either of these two brands, Vetus and Nauta, for water taste issues as well as longevity of tanks.

Thanks,
Paul

Had a Vetus. Water was fine, capacity went to hell. Tanks become round or pillow shaped as they fill. you loose all the volume at the seams and more if the blaader is restrained from full rounding. Mine was under a settee, would lift the access panel 3 " if I filled it full.
