Her seems to be properly ballasted and being somewhat under canvased should prove to be a stable platform. Her stern is a little wide but the topsides taper down nicely. Large fenders on the cabin top may obstruct visibility from the helm. The riggin seems strong and well tuned. When can she be taken out for sea trials?

Sheet! Why can't I find boat sellers like that?
See, if you buy the boat you get your own personal PFD, well as long as it warm out!
My P.O. was a 72 year old guy and his wife.
She took me for a tour of the cabin and deck, (He had to sell her cuz his hips went bad and had trouble walking.
EEK! the thought of a 72 year old woman in a bikini showing me the boat!
