My engine is running hot and I've checked everything....

Wonder what it looks like inside the hose to the raw water pump or sea strainer, This is a Great South Bay sea strainer that most boats on the bay have to eliminate grass in the pump

Rest of the system was fine... While the strainer above will filter eel grass better how does one clean a barnacle or muscle family out of "no mans land"....???? With a standard thru-hull they can very often be "reamed" from inside the vessel with it in-water... Externals will usually require a dive and you still have no guarantee you'll be able to clean it...

A open-able strainer. You still need to dive but can really clear out the darn thing.
