Anyone who owns a 23.5 or a 240 and lives in the south east Florida ? (Miami)
I'm looking for a sea trial as I wish to upgrade from my catamaran to a small cruising boat !! Thanks a lot.

I have a 1994 23.5 at NAS Pensacola I will be selling in the spring. It is equipped with air cond, autopilot, stern rail seats, pressure water with flex tank, porta pottie w/pump out and macerator, custom pedestal w/vhf (masthead antenna) and garmin 76C, 120V power in cabin, ST40 depth & speed, pop top encloser, and probably some other stuff I forgot. Haven't decided on price, the trailer needs new lights and the sail is the original. I live out of state, and dont plan on hitting PCola till around March. It is a great boat and if your up for a drive maybe we can arrange a sail...
