Anyone know of a Beneteau 35 RA/CU ?

New to this forum today.
I have owned many boats, but looking to buy my first "REAL" sailboat.
Still looking for that perfect family boat.
I cannot find any information on a boat I am looking at. She is a 1981 Beneteau 35 RA/CU.
Anybody have any info on a boat like this?
I have been looking for a 60's thru 80's ,26' to 36' boat.

I'm guessing its a First 345. Made in the early 80s
