Roller Furling Main & Sail Twist ?

I am sailing a 2005 Hunter 33 with a roller furling mainsail but am looking at some advice on fine tuning the trim. It seems I can put any twist into the top of the sail. Is it more difficult to add a little twist with a roller furling main? Any tips I can try?
