I am looking for part of pedestal that goes above throttle / Transmission body and the compass mounts to it. Does anyone know if this is available new or must I find from salvage? This is on a 1980 hunter 27

You might be able to salvage yours with some fiberglass work. I have read some time age that the lever piece was replecated.

Hey Bro, I feel the pain. A few months ago I was rewiring for a new GPS and dropped that plastic piece. Several big chips and a major crack but still main shape in tack. Used epoxy to make repairs, sanded and repainted - like new. Hope this helps.
