Polars

Unfortunately Hunter NEVER produced polars for any of their boats. Many skippers don't even know what a polar is and maybe that's why. I had this exact problem years ago as I tried increasing my racing skills and improving my results. To that end I had to develop my own set which is time consuming. I finally found some stuff on the internet for my model (but with a stock keel), mine is custom. Many factors affect the performance of boats and polars quickly become degraded as things like TV antenna, in-mast furling and A/C units are added in favor of good sail controls and quality sails.
If you're willing to dedicate the time you can make your own. Even a few readings can be graphed for a pretty good indicator for your own boat.
