I don't know if you're going to find a schematic. Most of the wires in my O'Day 222 are red and black. Red being the hot leg and black is the ground. Your anchor light and steaming light should be on two separate switches and each light should have it's own hot leg and ground going to it. If you have these wires coming out next to your mast tabernacle, it's just a matter of identifying them with a volt meter. You should have at least four electric conductors going up the mast, or two duplex cables not counting your coax for you radio antenna. Sometimes the bulb end caps just need cleaning, as well as the socket contacts. I used a Dremel tool with a wire brush wheel to clean my bow lamp parts and it worked great after that.
