There are two wood blocks with some lashing ropes run threw them. Anyone know what the may be for?
Also there is about a 1 1/2'' block on the bow side of the mast slightly off center about upper shroud height (second photo). Any ideas on that? There is already two other halyards on the front of the mast, one at mast head one at lower shroud level which I assume are for a spinaker?

The wood blocks look like they could be used to secure a dink or somethin. The block on the mast might be a lift for a spinnaker pole.

I would also guess that the block on the mast might be a lift for a spinnaker pole or a stay sail. I don't see a block on the deck for a line to pull down the pole.
Is there a spinnaker pole ring or track and car on the mast?

There is a ring and track for a pole. But there already are two other halyards one at mast head and one at level of lower shrouds which I thought were for the pole. Plus a jib halyard.

The teak blocks on the deck are to secure something. They would be referred to as chocks.
The line is to lash whatever it is to be secured in place.
You need some two part teak cleaner and oil, sealer or something. Your teak needs cosmetic attention, man !!!!
