The river is frozen solid down at least as far as Chestnut Point; the marina is open due to bubblers...

On the west shore of the Elk, just some ice flows. Eastern shore has a fair amount piled up as usual prevailing wind carry it over.
We're not done yet, for sure, this weekend is supose to be the coldest air yet this season with wind chills near 0. That'el freez'er up.
