Cushion replacement for a Cal

Has anyone had any luck replacing interior cushions for a Cal from a pattern. I have a 1985 Cal 39. The original OEM cushions were made by Johnson Sail (now JSI) in St. Petersburg. Has any one found a manufacturer that can replace the cushions from an in-house pattern?

I have a 1979 Cal 39 and recently had all the cushions redone. I just had my canvas guy reupholster and replace foam, etc. I doubt you would find anywhere to get them ready made. Turned out awesome!
