Beautiful! It's amazing what we're able to see. I'm sure that picture, as beautiful as it is, doesn't capture what you saw. :)

Sunrises and sunsets from the boat, doesn't get much better. Thanks Chuck. And I remember your lake Paul. We crossed in August 2007 on the way to Florida. Spent the night at Ess-Kay, still get a Christmas card from them. Then lunch at Sylvan Beach.

Nice shot, Captain Creel!.. I hope to be camping close to the Chandeleurs sometime in the next cxouple of weeks.. Weather is getting better !! except for that pesky area 92 that we'll have to watch..

maine sail--those are gorgeous, but ye didnt upstage chuck.....he wins.....mine dont meet the one chuck posted--what can--is awesomest!!! but here is what i saw out my bathroom port the other day.... first has been our summer this year--so much for perfect weather--second is a sunset....

Sweet! Never tire of a sunset, and anticipate the equally awesome sunrise. I hear Horn got oiled worse than Cat or Ship Is. Grew up going down Pascagoula river from Vancleave, and out to Horn powerboating. Since sailing out of Long Beach, I haven't sailed there. It is on my to do list. Just need to get an early start for a day sail run!

Nothing beats a good sunset out on the water,heres my best sunset picture so far.
Taken at anchorage in Oriantal harbour.


Hope this isn't a thread highjack but why don't we get a "lets see your sunset photos" thead.
