Generally, no fuse. There are parts available. Depending on the issue, sometimes taking it apart and cleaning the valves etc. may fix it. If it is leaking, you may need parts.
It may need brushes if the motor isn't running. Check the price of a new one online before you start buying parts, brushes are pretty cheap though.

I concour with the previous suggestion to take it apart and clean it. I have the same pump on my Beneteau 381 (new to me this winter). While doing spring commissioning, I followed all the instructions in the owners manual. Pump seemed to run for several minutes after clearing the air from the lines and closing all the taps. The pump then quiit. In your pictue, I took the screws off the front which provided access to the diaphrams and the pressure switch. Really was not much to clean and I put it back together carefully to make sure the pressure switch was aligned properly and it worked fine.
On one of the boards someone suggested making sure the accumulator tank had sufficient pressure (not sure exactly what the correct pressure is). That was back in April and the water system/pump etc has been fine with no issues since then.

Do you have the manual? If not, go to their website and get it. It most likely has troubleshooting tips and repair instructions.
I replaced my Shurflo last year and recently I removed the water strainer upstream for cleaning and when assembled the pump won't shut off. I don't see a leak and I plugged the line downstream to see if the pump was faulty and it continues to just stay on when energized. I am concluding the pressure switch is faulty or contaminated. Not good for something less than a year old if the switch is bad. I will disassemble and see what it is but if it is a quality defect I will likely switch brands. Most likely it is contamination as I disrupted the system with the work I did. Any other ideas out there?
Sounds like the pressure switch just need an adjustment. The switch is easy to replace if faulty.
jibes138 - I had the same issue with my Shurflo this year, pump ran fine, but pressure switch had gone bad. I bought the same one as a replacement as it came with a 3 yr mfg warrenty and I paid the extra for the west warrenty. Now any issues in the next 5 years and no questions asked replacement for free. If it makes it beyond 5 years I figure the money spent on the warrenty was worth it just for having avoided having to work on the system for 5+ years.
Same problem here. I went to my favorite chandlery to buy a pressure switch and to my dismay they had absolutely zero replacement parts for the Shurflo. But they had many many parts for other brands of pumps. I commented to the salesman that I was surprised they had no parts for Shurflo and his response was that Shurflo rarely quits working whereas problems with other brands are common. I could have ordered the parts over the net, but since the pump was more than 5 yrs old I just installed a new one.
Troubleshooting pumps
1. Does the pump run? If not, check power and ground at the pump.
2. If the pump runs, does it pump? remove the discharge line to check.
3. If the pump moves water, does it shut off? If not, first open all your lines either by turning the faucets on or disconnecting the downstream end as for the head. Air in the lines will cause the pump to keep running. If you've thoroughly bled the system and can't find any leaks, check for a restriction on the suction side. You can jump straight to the pressure switch or the impellor and most times find the problem, but you can change good parts too. You should test or prove each component section by section in a logical sequence to avoid the headache caused by banging your head against the wall:bang: I've learned this the hard way.
